Enabling equable distribution of water to all of its people in the village through Sustainable development of the watershed to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants and participating communities through education, training and active participation in sustainable production activities.

4. Safeguarding agricultural income or provide alternate livelihood support to the people who are potential future economic and ecological refugees who are uprooted by mounting farm production costs and a rapidly degrading natural resource base.
5. Practice Organic Farming for Sustainable development.
6. Promote Harmony among the inhibitant and the environment.
7. To develop a watershed model based on water equity that would transfer philosophy and technology nationally and internationally in agricultural, environmental and conservation of water sector in a integrated way.
