Gram Gaurav Pratishthan was formed in 1986 by Shri. Vilasrao Salunkhe. Since then the organization is educating and training farmers and villagers regarding water conservation, water management and organic farming. Moreover, the GGP organization also conducts training and development workshops to empower youth and women in the area by conducting courses about health and sanitation, processing and adding value to farm produce, yog and holistic health care and, preservation and enrichment of the environment.
Along with in-house courses, GGP also welcomes community level stakeholders, state-level delegates and groups from national as well as international organizations who wish to conduct their workshops and training sessions in the training center.
We offer clean and comfortable accommodations to the guests. There are 7 private rooms in total with a capacity of 15 beds each along with a private bathroom. We also have an 8-bed dormitory with a common bathroom for guests looking for budget accommodation.
Situated on the first floor, Bhagirath guest house has 4 private rooms with attached bath having capacity of 1-5 people with a sprawling terrace.
This guest house also has a common hall situated on the ground floor with a seating capacity of 25 people. Bhagirath hall is available for guests to conduct workshops and when not in use it can also used for recreational activities such as reading.
Situated on the ground floor, Krishna and Kaveri cottages comprises of two separate private cottages with up to 4 beds each along with attached bath and an open verandah.
